How can I invite a team member to an applet?

Add a Participant via the Manage Applets Screen   

  1. Select your space on the sidebar.
  2. Click the "APPLETS" button.

  3. Select an applet. 
  4. Click on the Edit applet icon.
  5. Select the Participants tab.
  6. Click the + icon.
  7. Enter your participant's name, or username. 
  8. Then set their permissions by:
    • Checking Submit if you want to allow them to create records, edit records, attach files to records, and add comments.
    • Checking View if you want them to be able to view activity and comment on updates. 
    • Checking both Submit and View to allow them to create records, edit records, attach files to records, add comments, and view all activity.
  9. Click Add
  10. Your participant will be added with the permission(s) you selected.


Add Multiple Team Members

  1. Click the Want to add many people at once? link.
  2. Enter all your team members' email addresses separated by commas. 
  3. Set their permissions.
  4. Click Add.
