How can I invite a team member to an applet?
Add a Participant via the Manage Applets Screen
- Select your space on the sidebar.
- Click the "APPLETS" button.
- Select an applet.
- Click on the Edit applet icon.
- Select the Participants tab.
- Click the + icon.
- Enter your participant's name, or username.
- Then set their permissions by:
- Checking Submit if you want to allow them to create records, edit records, attach files to records, and add comments.
- Checking View if you want them to be able to view activity and comment on updates.
- Checking both Submit and View to allow them to create records, edit records, attach files to records, add comments, and view all activity.
- Click Add.
- Your participant will be added with the permission(s) you selected.
Add Multiple Team Members
- Click the Want to add many people at once? link.
- Enter all your team members' email addresses separated by commas.
- Set their permissions.
- Click Add.
