How can I apply filters to see records for a particular date range or by certain people only?
How to see records created by certain people only
If you want to find records created by a certain team member, you can filter the records on your team's Timeline screen.
1. Select your space on the sidebar.
2. Go to Timeline.
3. On the Contributors drop down list, select or unselect a contributor.
4. Only records posted by the selected contributors will be displayed under your applet header.
Now, if you want to filter records by date, information can also be filtered for a specific date range.
How to view records for a particular date range
1. Select your space on the sidebar.
2. Go to
Timeline.
3. Beside the Contributors drop down list, select a date range.
4. By using the date selector, choose a start and end date for your search.
All records created within the date range that you selected will be displayed under your applet header.
